China Hub is managed by China Business Pal and associates that have been given permission to do so. China Business Pal, China Hub and associates will be referred to as ‘we’ from now on unless stated otherwise.

If material has been published by an associate of China Business Pal or China Hub that breaches copyright laws, or any other laws, the associate and not China Hub or China Business Pal will be held responsible for this contents.

Any associate that is given permission to publish content will have agreed to be bound by this clause and ensure that any contents published has their copyright ownership and that they will be subject to legal action resulting from publishing this information.

The contact forms in the Business Directory sends your query directly to the company and not to China Hub or China Business Pal, so we are not responsible for any information given through this form to the companies listed in the Business Directory.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.

Any dispute you have which relates to these terms and conditions, or your use of China Hub (whether it be contractual or non-contractual), will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
